Roger Lee Wilson, 72, of Zephyrhills passed away December 13, 2012. He was born August 4, 1940 in Indiana. Roger served in the Air Force for 4 years after high school. He played the trumpet in the military band and loved it. He left the military and started training as an ironworker. He worked in the trade until an on job accident caused him to leave ironworking. Roger moved to the West in the 70's and spent many years in Bandon, Oregon working in a farm related business. He retired at age 62 and ended up in Zephyrhills, FL. He still enjoyed music, and was an avid football fan. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon D. Wilson. Survivors include his son, Scott Dillabaugh of OH; daughter, Stacia Edwards of OH; Mother, Iola Wilson; brother, Davis Wilson and sister, Verna Feddrnock. The family requests memorials be sent to Gulfside Hospice of Zephyrhills, FL.
