Roberta C. Holtzhower 86, of Dade City, FL passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018. She was born June 24, 1932 in Darby, FL to Robert & Ella Sessoms and was a lifelong area resident. Ms. Roberta baked cakes for many years and for numerous occasions including weddings, birthdays, graduations, etc. earning herself the nickname of "The Cake Lady". She taught Sunday School and Girls in Action at Amelia Baptist Church in Darby for many years as she raised her family. She and her husband settled in as dedicated members of Calvary Assembly of God in Dade City. Ms. Roberta is survived by her husband of 66 years: Eugene Holtzhower; 3 sons: Charles Holtzhower, Donnie & Eva Holtzhower, Chris Holtzhower; 1 sister: Lois & Doyle Fleming; 6 grandsons, 1 grandaughter, 1 great grandson and 4 great granddaughters. Funeral services will be held 11am Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Dade City. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Visitation
