Roberta Louise Gillis, lovingly known as "Bobbi," passed away peacefully on October 29, 2024, at the age of 89 in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born on June 27, 1935, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to Robert F. Strang and Charlotte Feldman.

A graduate of high school, Bobbi went on to work as a dedicated accountant. She spent her life enjoying the simple pleasures, with a deep love for walking, biking, dancing, and traveling.

Bobbi is survived by her sons, Mark J. Gillis (Annreene) and Scott R. Gillis (Tina), her daughter Elizabeth A. Lopez, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her dear companion, Donald Duarte.

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City, Florida, where family and friends will gather to honor her life and legacy.
