1939-2021Robert Henry "Bobby" Neff passed away on May 26, 2021. He was born on May 3rd, 1939 in the village of Warsaw, New York and is survived by his sister Jane Comstock, (Robert's sister), David Sibley (Robert's brother), and Tina Comstock, (Robert's niece), along with many other friends and loved ones. Robert was in the Navy and after, enjoyed traveling throughout his life with his jobs which included building golf courses and selling furniture. Robert loved the cold weather and snow skiing, enjoyed immensely reading books, having quiet time, and helping others. He overcame a lot of obstacles in his life and in the midst of it all, he enjoyed making people laugh. Robert will be greatly missed by everyone.
