Robert Michael Gramman "Mike", 76 of San Antonio, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on November 10, 2023. Born in Lafayette, Indiana to the late Robert William and Ann Cutter Gramman, he is survived and greatly missed by his wife Jeanne of 45 years; daughter Shari and husband Wade of Jackson, NJ, son Robert his wife Cathleen of Forked River, NJ; daughter Linda Michelle and husband Shawn of Land O'Lakes, FL; daughter Audrey Marie Gramman; and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; who lovingly called him "Pa". He is preceded in death by his brother Jim of Lafayette, IN, his sister Carol of West Lafayette, IN, and survived by his brother Denny of Lafayette, IN; brother Gary of Indianapolis, IN; and his sister Marsha of Lafayette, IN. He served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1968, then spent his working life in the retail business, moving many times to many states, leaving a trail of friends as he went. In 1978, he met and married his loving wife, Jeanne, and gained an instant family of 3 children. He loved sports, politics, the outdoors, and family. He was known for his wit and sense of humor, always teasing and having fun whether with his friends or family. His grandchildren used to joke that they were going to publish a book of "Pa-isms." And, everyone who met him couldn't help but notice his stunning blue eyes! Retiring to Florida in 2010, he was able to devote more of his time to his favorite recreation ... golf. He loved studying God's word and was a member at Grace Community Church of Wesley Chapel Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Florida. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow services at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Community Church of Wesley Chapel.
