Robert (Bobby) Daniel Fowler, age 62, passed away peacefully in his home in Dade City, Florida on Friday, February 23rd 2018. He was born in Arkansas and was raised in Tampa.He was preceded in passing by his mother, Linda Fowler, his father, Robert Clayton (Don) Fowler and sister, Connie Schweikert. He is survived by his two brothers, Billy (Maggie) and Rickey Fowler. He is also survived by his former wife, Sharon Morris, daughter, Carmen Welbon, son-in-law Chris Welbon, son, Aaron Fowler and nephew Damon Fowler (Lacy) along with little Cora and Max. He was an adoring, proud grandpa to his two granddaughters, Olivia and Aubrey Welbon--he simply thought they were the best things ever. He came to live with us in Dade City 8 years ago, and we are eternally grateful for the memories and time we were able to spend with him. Bobby will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.Bobby enjoyed his time playing and listening to live music, songwriting and telling corny jokes to his granddaughters. Some of his proudest moments were watching his son and nephew on stage. In honor of him and what meant most to him, we will be celebrating his life with a "Bobby Fowler Memorial Jam" at Skipper's Smokehouse in Tampa on Tuesday, March 20th from 7:00-11:00 pm (910 Skipper Road Tampa, Fl 33613).
