Riley Adam Singleton, "Pop Ciroc", 65, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on December 8, 2023. He was born on April 5, 1959 in Dade City, Florida to Johnny Quincy Adams and Ada Mae Singleton. He grew up with his brother: Kelvin Singleton. He enjoyed basketball, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
