Rutter Jr., Richard Donald Rick 62 of Zephyrhills, FL passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 in Tampa. He was born August 5, 1951 in Wilkinsburg, PA to Richard Donald & Amy Ruth Bittner Rutter Sr. He was a Lighting Technician and a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife: Vicki Gaskin Oliver Rutter; stepson: Darrell (Shelley) Oliver; stepdaughter: Deanna (Justin) McGee; he was known as Papa Smurf to his 5 beautiful grandchildren: Luke Oliver, Hunter Oliver, Sarah Oliver, Marilyn Freeman, Chloe McGee; many brothers and sisters including: Carol (Mark) Iverson and Bryan (Lori) Rutter. Funeral services will be held 10am Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for viewing from 6-8pm Monday evening at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Williams Cemetery with military honors.
