Richard A. Meyers III 80, of Dade City, FL passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in Zephyrhills under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. He was born June 21, 1937 in Grove City, PA and was a longtime area resident. He worked for both Pasco County Road and Bridge as well as Pasco Fleet Maintenance. Richard is survived by 3 children: Carol Sue Hooker, Marilyn Alvarez, Richard A. Meyers IV; 1 sister: Margaret; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lacoochee Cemetery. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
