Richard "Poppy" Leschinski, 76 of Dade City, Fl passed away August 1st, 2017 at his home surrounded by his wife and daughter. Richard was a veteran of the Army 101st Airborne Division, a truck driver of 20 years retiring in 1987. Richard also loved to ride motorcycles and had an extended family with his fellow riders. He is survived by his wife of 49 yrs Nila, son Rick ( Lee M. Vaillancourt), daughter Malissa, grandchildren; Vincent, James, Allison (Daniel), Taylor (Devon), great grandchildren Gracie Sue and Kaleb, a sister Arlene, and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. He is also survived by dear friends Richard and Kelly Warren. Richard was preceded in death by his brothers Eugene, Donald and sisters Lorraine and Joanne also his parents Joseph and Cecilia Leschinski.A memorial ride is being planned at a later date to honor Richard's life.
