Smith, Richard J., 67, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away at home with his family on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Anne; 2 daughters, Devin Smith and Sandi McIlwaine; 2 sons, Kenneth McIlwaine and Daniel McIlwaine; 5 grandchildren; and a sister Susan Sardina. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
