Richard L. Harvey, 92, of Zephyrhills Fl passed away 2/04/2020. He was born in Binghamton, NY 1/21/1928. Survived by daughters, Sue, Renee, Julie and Jane; grandchildren, Renee Lewis, Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith; twin sister, Betty J. Jones; several nieces and nephews. In keeping with the wishes of Richard, no services will be held.
