Richard Glen Moore of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on June 12, 2023 at the age of 78. Dick was was born in Hurryville , Missouri on April 27, 1945 (one of 11 siblings) to Opal Fleming and Clarence Moore. He was a proud Disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army after serving over 17 years. He is survived by his wife, Starr Kasten Moore, and his two daughters, Kristi Stamm, and Tammie Miller (Steve); grandchildren: Sarah Stamm, Caleb Marler and Zachary Marler and one great granddaughter: Cambria Stamm; two brothers: Howard Moore and Charles (Butch) (Karen) Moore. Also sister-in-laws: Mary Moore, Anita Moore, Karen and Sherrie Moore. He was preceded in derath by his parents; siblings, Donald Moore, Verna Dean Radford, Shirley Wills, Delmar Moore, Carol Gene Moore, Jerry Moore, Clarence Larry Moore, Brenda Burns, and son-in-law Gary Stamm and grandson Jacob Stamm; sister-in-law Katherine Moore. Dick was an avid Golfer and loved being the mayor of his community. Always out with neighbors, helping and assisting in any way that he could. He loved his yard work keeping his lawn in perfect shape.
