Rhonda C. Greene, 59, of Ridge Manor passed on November 3, 2023, in Spring Hill, FL. She was born on December 29, 1963, to parents Carl and Margaret Ball in Muscatine, IA. She grew up with her sister Joanna Davidson, and brother Brian Ball. She enjoyed reading, her dog Buddy, spending time with her children, and having weekly out-to-eat meals with her children. She is survived by her children Ernest Simonds Jr, Dustin Brooks, and Alicia Brooks; grandchildren Shy Anne Simonds (Levi Higginbotham) and Arianna R. Allison; great-granddaughter Harper Mae Higginbotham; sister Joanna Davidson (Bill Davidson); and brother Brian Ball (Jennifer Ball). Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Margaret Ball, and her dog, Boo-Boo. Her Urn has been brought home to be with her children in Ridge Manor. She was the best Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother anyone could ever ask for in this life, and our hearts were broken the day her wings spread so she could soar in the clouds.
