ROY, Raymond 85 of Dade City died on Sunday, Sept 17, 17 in Zephyrhills. Mr. Roy was born in Forestdale, RI to Alexander & Rose (Poudrier) Roy. They moved to the Dade City area in 1972 from Rhode Island and he spent many years as truck driver. He was a army veteran and a member of the Am vets and Moose Lodge in Zephyrhills and enjoyed spending many hours watching the old cowboy movies and shows on television. He was preceded in death by his wife Claire in 2005 and is survived by his four (4) children Debra (Neel) Miller of Webster, FL, David (Janice) Roy of Brooksville, FL, Donald (Bill Iacona) Roy of St. Petersburg, FL and Daniel (Diana) Roy of Dade City, 7 Grandchildren and 15 Great, Grandchildren. Mr. Roys family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 22, 2017 at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Mr. Roy will be laid to rest with his wife at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City. Visitation
