Raymond Roberts was born in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, on January 30, 1958; the last of seven children of Harold F. Roberts and Hettie Lorraine Roberts. He died on April 28, 2021, in Dade City, FL.

Raymond graduated from Pasco High School in 1976. He worked as a welder and forklift driver. He loved to fish and eat fish! He maintained several aquariums for years and loved watching his colorful tropical fish swim and dive. He was a HAM radio operator for several years and enjoyed talking to people all around the world. He loved his family and extended family, especially momma's cooking and big holiday dinners in Lacoochee. Raymond attended The Calvary Assembly of God in Dade City. He was a Christian who believed in the power of prayer.

He is pre-deceased by his son, Michael Roberts. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Roberts, granddaughter, Elizabeth Roberts, daughter-in-law Jessica Roberts, and five sisters: Linda Shaper, Marge Carrithers, Phyllis Proctor, Vivian Garner, and Carol D'Eugenio. Viewing will be on May 20th at 10:00am to 11:30am at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US Hwy 301, Dade City, with Funeral services to follow at 12pm Noon. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Thonotosassa, FL.
