KNICK, Raymond Scott 64 of San Antonio, FL died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at HPH Hospice in Dade City. Raymond was born in Baltimore, MD to Omar and Doris (Buck) Knick. Raymond moved to the Central Florida area in 1996 coming from Baltimore, MD. He was a proud US Marine veteran and a twice recipient of the Purple Heart, and was also awarded a Bronze Star. Raymond was employed in claims management in the insurance management and enjoyed the outdoors, playing golf, fishing & hunting, was a black diamond skier, earned the title lobsterman by spending many seasons in Key West harvesting lobsters. He was preceded in death by his parents and Brother David E. Knick. He is survived by his wife Tammy, with whom he shared the last 11 years with, a Daughter Rayna Wright (Brent) of Tallahassee, FL, a step-son Lance Dibble (Nicole) of Wesley Chapel, FL 3 Grandchildren Alexa, Kendell and Lance, Jr. A graveside memorial service will take place at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Blvd, Bushnell, FL 33513 on Monday, Sept. 14th at 2:30 pm.
