Raymond Roger Howell of Brooksville, Florida, passed away at the age of 80 on Saturday, August 15, 2020. He was born on December 1, 1939 in Wheeler, Michigan to parents Clifford Howell & Velma (Piatt). Ray was a good Christian man who loved life and loved his family. He was fun loving, doing everything from racing supermodified Sprint cars to obtaining his Pilot License and flying planes. Ray was also hardworking, retiring in 2005 after working at Zephyr Egg for many years. Ray was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Drucilla Howell. He is survived by four children: Clifford Howell, Brenda Hillner, Michael Stout, and Karen Rockhill; two sisters: Helen Kenny and Sue Smith; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. The viewing will be held from 1-2pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Florida on September 4, 2020, immediately followed by the funeral ceremony at 2pm.
