Raymond William Ellsworth, 49, of Dade City passed away Tuesday, March 30th, 2021.

A native of Lexington, Kentucky; he was the son of George and Jan Ellsworth.

Raymond was a veteran and member of the 5th SFG (A) -- part of the 1st Special Forces Command.

Raymond leaves behind his parents; George and Jan Ellsworth; wife, Anita (Nee Riner) Ellsworth; son, Dakota Ellsworth; stepson, Tyler Fields; brother, David Lingerfelt; sister, Wendy & (husband) Daniel Villa, and niece & nephew Jasmine Villa and Tomas Villa

Preceded in death by daughter: Heather Ellsworth.

Raymond enjoyed spending his time in the outdoors for always aiming to either improve his shooting or bow shooting skills. He also enjoyed singing his favorite music, and as an inspiring sketch artist: Raymond loved to sketch anything that came to mind when he spent his personal time at home.

He was the light of many peoples lives, and he will forever be deeply missed.

Raymond W. Ellsworth's Visitation will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home (11441 US HWY 301, Dade City, FL 33525) on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 at 1:00pm, and the Memorial Service officially proceeds at 2:00pm.
