Obituary

Dixon, Raymond David, 70, of Zephyrhills FL, went home to be with the Lord February 2, 2021. Born July 13, 1950 in Plant City, FL. Ray graduated from Pinecrest High School in 1969. He served in the United States Marine Corps and worked for Gold Cup Coffee. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Wesley Chapel, FL and loved woodworking, music and family. He is predeceased by parents William Robert Dixon and Virginia Townsend, brothers Henry and Dale, and his loving wife of 35 years, Cheryl Ann Johnson Dixon. He is survived by brothers Paul and Ben, sisters Sue and Amy, children and grandchildren David and Peggy Dixon, Miranda, Garrett, Gage, Joseph, Dylan, Luke, and Gee. Dade City, FL. Tammy and Tony Fields, Meshael, Mindy and Misty, Lake City FL, Todd, Leah and Tyler Dixon, Plant City FL, Daniel Dixon, Tampa FL, Tasha, Carissa and Katie Dixon, Wesley

Chapel FL, Kelly Dixon, Plant City, FL, and 6 great grandchildren and a large extended family. Ray's family sincerely thanks long-time neighbors Bill and Linda Stagg, the wonderful staff and caregivers at American House Zephyrhills and The Rucki (Gulfside) Hospice Care Center. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 11-12 pm at First Baptist Church Wesley Chapel, FL. with Memorial Service at 12:00 pm. Burial to follow at Oakside Cemetery, Zephyrhills. In lieu of flowers, donations to USF Health Byrd Alzheimer's Institute and Rucki (Gulfside) Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
