With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Phyllis Parrish Strickland, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 69, in Dade City, Florida.

Phyllis was born on December 16, 1956, and was a lifelong resident of Lacoochee, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Ruby Hodge, and her cherished sisters, Lorraine, Danella, and Sarah Willoughby.

She is survived by her brothers, Mitchell Willoughby and Leo Willoughby; her children, Kimberly (David), Robert (Jenna), and Gary (Jennifer); her nine grandchildren: Jessica, Harleigh, Wyatt, Kristin, Nate, Mackenzie, Joshua, Crystal, and Zackary; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love of those who went before her, and may her memory forever be a blessing.
