Phyllis Fay Keith, 82, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at home. Born July 20, 1943, in Winfield, West Virginia. She was the daughter of George F. McCallister and Ada Eunice Jordan McCallister. She was a Zephyrhills High School graduate and went on to own and operate Aunt Fay's Daycare in Dade City for 25 years. She volunteered at Cornerstone Center for Women and was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Dade City.

She is survived by her husband, Lamar Keith, for 48 years, her three children, George Pringle(Debbie) and their children, Philip, Jennifer, and Georgia; Ada Loss(John) and their children, Dalton, Jonathan, and Bryan; and Becky Garcia(Che) and their children, Little Che and Kyleigh; along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Additional survivors are her brother, William McCallister, and his wife, Dalene.

Preceding her in death are her daughter, Greta Louise Keith; her parents, George F. McCallister and Ada Eunice Jordan McCallister; a brother, George McCallister; and four sisters, Hilda Grogg, Helen Beckner, Francis Walker, and May Flack.

A visitation will be held at Discover Fellowship Church on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 10 to 11 am. A service will be held at 11 am, with the burial to follow immediately at Chapel Hill Gardens.
