Phyllis Audrey Griffin age 83, of Dade City, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. She was born in Harlem, NY on May 8, 1941 to the late Edward Jacobs and Mildred (Forman) Jacobs, and was preceded in death by her parents, husband Danny Griffin, brother Jake Jacobs, sister Barbara Crummie, granddaughter Angel Audrey Singleton, and son-in-law Darrell V. Teartt.

Audrey leaves to mourn her passing and cherished memories to her son's Jerome Tillman (Wife Toni); Charles A. Tillman (Tiffany W), Wayne Tillman, Danny Griffin (Quatia); daughter's Theresa Scott (Husband Darrell), Audrey Griffin Singleton (Husband Gil), and Barbara Teartt (Vernon) along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Audrey and her late husband Danny and their family blissfully lived in Paterson, New Jersey until Danny Griffin gained his wings. Thereafter, she moved her family to Spring Hill FL until she retired from Bayonet Point Hospital and shortly after moved to Ridge Manor and Dade City, FL. She enjoyed herself spending time with family, hosting holiday gatherings, vacations, and cruising. Audrey was a beautiful kind person whose heart was filled with kindness. She was the matriarch and glue to our family, our sweet queen "Big Girl" has gained her wings on October 22, 2024.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 3 at 2 p.m
