Peggy Sue Williams Prescott, 87, of Dade City, FL went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 in Zephyrhills under the care of Gulfside Center for Hospice Care. She was born March 19, 1931 in Bluffton, AL to Selwyn O. (Bill) & Lela Vernon Williams. She grew up in the coal mining communities of Alabama and Pennsylvania. She moved to Tampa, married, and raised a family in what is now the Carollwood area. After the children were raised she and Mac moved to Blanton 1998. She was a member, volunteer, gospel sharer, and teacher as a member of churches from Citrus Park Baptist to Blanton Baptist. As a GTE operator she earned income, but loving care of her family became her occupation. Our mother Peggy, is and will be missed by her family and many friends! Rest in Peace till we meet again! Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, of 58 years, Mac Prescott. She is survived by 4 children: Kathryn Parish, George Prescott, Brenda Hendrick, and April King; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral Services scheduled for 11:30am, Friday, July 13, 2018 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, burial will follow at Garden of Memories in Tampa. Visitation
