Peggy Oplinger, 78, of Zephyrhills passed away April 17, 2018 while under the care of Gulfside Hospice. She is survived by her companion Jim Scanlon. She was preceded in death by her daughter Joanie Mckinney of Mullins, WV. Peggy was a graduate of West Virginia University in Morgan Town, WV with a masters degree in learning diabilities. Peggy persued her career in Wood County, WV and Lincoln High School in Shinnston, WV. Visitation will take place at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10- 11 am with the service to be conducted at 11 AM. Burial will immediately follow at Oakside Cemetery, Zephyrhills. Funeral Service
