Cummins, Peggy, 74, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, passed away on January 5, 2014, under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice, Dade City. She was born February 23, 1939 in Bowling Green, FL. She is survived by her husband, of 43 years, William P. Cummins; sister, Iris (Joe) Wyly, of Blackshear, GA; brother, John L. Cook, of Valrico, FL; children, Richard Sweat, Jr., James Sweat, Timothy Sweat, Dennis Cummins, Lisa Burns; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by, her mother and father, John Lawrence and Verola Cook; 3 sisters, Doris Schofield, Dorothy Shaw, Maxine Tuggle; and her twin brother, Haywood Cook. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014, 3pm, at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Hwy 301 Chapel, Dade City, FL.
