Paul T. "Tommy" Keffer Jr. was born on May 4, 1952 in Martinsville, VA to the late Paul T. Keffer Sr. and Ruth Runion Keffer. Tommy, of Dade City, FL, passed away on April 4, 2016 at the James A Haley Veteran's Hospital in Tampa, FL. Tommy graduated from Elkton High School in Elkton, MD. He was a proud veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He worked in several nursing homes and showed so much kindness and patience to the seniors in his care. He was also employed by Delmarva Power. He was preceded in death by his father Paul T. Keffer Sr, his stepfather Roy G. Viars Sr, and his brother Roy G. Viars Jr, (Rusty). He is survived by his best friend and life partner Anthony J. Sacco of Dade City, FL, his mother Ruth R. Viars of Elkton, MD, brother Scott R. Viars of Elkton, MD, sister-in-law Bonnie Viars of Pikesvill, MD, two nephews Mathew and Aaron Viars of the Baltimore area, a niece Tyekla Viars of Elkton, MD and great-niece, Sydney Viars of Joppa, MD. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be private. He was such a loving son. He will be missed more than we could possibly say. Tommy will never be forgotten.
