Paul Baker, 73, of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026. He was born in Marion, Ohio, and spent his life working hard, loving his family, and enjoying the simple things that brought him happiness. Paul worked in construction and was known for his hardworking nature and dedication. 

Outside of work, he enjoyed woodworking, gardening, riding his motorcycle, and watching Western shows. He especially cherished the time spent with his family and his beloved pets. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Starlena Baker; his son, Robert Baker (Reginia); his siblings, James Baker, Brenda Spillman (John), Donna Carter (Gary), Mary Baker, Judy Yates, and Betty Spillman; his grandchildren, Meghan, Britney, Caylee, Alexis, and Madisyn; and his great-grandson, Vincent Falvo.

 He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his beloved pets, Sugar, Bella, and Boo-hoo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zola Daum and Forest Eugene Baker; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Vera May Tredway and Robert Lee Tredway; his wife, Brenda Baker; his brother, Harry Baker; his brother-in-law, Jim Spillman; and his beloved pets, Hannah, BB, Charlie, and Riley.

 Paul will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memories, stories, laughter, and the love he shared with those around him will live on in the hearts of his family forever.
