BOGGS, Patsy Gene, 80 of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in Dade City, Florida. Patsy was born August 19, 1941 in Myrtle, Mississippi to Jabe and Dalphon Gilliam. Patsy was one of four children: Kathleen Rhea, Richard Andrew Gilliam and James Aubrey Gilliam. On July 24, 1965, in Florence, Alabama she married her late husband: Vernon William Boggs. Patsy was an English teacher; loved by many students. She was loving, patient, smart and kind person who loved God, her family, and friends. She is preceded in by death by her spouse: Vernon Boggs; her parents: Jabe and Dalphon Gilliam; and her siblings: Kathleen Rhea, Richard Andrew Gilliam and James Aubrey Gilliam. Patsy is survived by her daughter: Sandra Lynn Taylor; grandchildren: Amber Nicole Kearns (Andew) and Chandler William. A memorial service will take place Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Zephyrhills First Assembly Church in Zephyrhills, Florida.
