Patricia (PAT) was a writer, teacher, and themost wonderful, loving mother. Born inCambridge, Ohio on December 14, 1937, toEithel W. and Marion (Hank) D. Leeper, Patricia was a graduate of Muskingum College. She moved toBoca Raton, Florida in 1964 with her then husband Thomas Ryan and two young children, Stephen &Teresa. She later married Richard Wilson of Boca Raton, Florida on December 12, 1976, and had herthird child Jennifer on November 22, 1977. Patricia worked and lived in Boca Raton for over 57 years.She had multiple talents including being the communications director for the Greater Boca RatonChamber of Commerce. She was an avid writer, with weekly columns for numerous local papers. Patwon many awards for her poetry and photography. She participated in many local clubs including theJunior Womans Club of Boca Raton and the National League of American Penn Women, where sheserved in many different capacities over the years. Pat was most proud of her publication, "52 Fridays",a weekly devotional. As a devoted member of Advent Lutheran Church, she enjoyed sharing her voice tothe Lord, singing in the church choir. Being a part of Advent, Pat also became a beloved teacher atAdvent Lutheran School for many years. She is survived by her son, Stephen Ryan, daughters, TeresaStratton and Jennifer Wilson, daughter-in-Law Sheryl Ryan, grandsons Michael Ryan, Joe and Jon Ward,and great grandchildren, Jaxon and Esme Ryan, Brooke, and Jack Ward."She is worth far more than rubies; she is clothed with strength and dignity; she speaks with wisdom,and faithful instruction is on her tongue; her children arise and call her blessed; let her works bring herpraise at the city gate" Proverbs 31:10-31
