"Patricia Lou ""Patti"" Rainwater 87, of Rehobeth, AL, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024, in South Carolina. She was born October 21, 1936, in Mattoon, IL to Leo Nadine Bedwell & Mark Rainwater and was married to David Godden. She loved to travel and held residences in Illinois, Florida, and Alabama. She worked for the City of Dade City, GE Electric, and was a Cosmetologist. Along with traveling, she enjoyed singing karaoke and spending time with her sister Nancy; where you seen one, the other followed.

Patti is survived by her children: Lisa Keech (George), Dianna Armstrong (Jay), Gary McFarland (Teresa); grandchildren: Tina Malone, Shaun Malone, Patrick Malone, Tyson Hicks (Shandi), Ryan  Hicks (Amber), Nikki Fortune (Joe), George Keech Jr (Alisha), Carrie Keech, Chasity Keech, Myranda Kleinschnitz (Luke), Acie Armstrong, Chloie Armstrong, Sara Darst; her sister Nancy Register; cherished nieces and nephews include Becky & Charles Gaskin and Ron, Juanita, & Todd Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents: Leo Nadine Bedwell & Mark Rainwater; children: Phillip ""Jeff"" Malone, Gary Ken Malone; sisters: Vada Livingston, Bernice Thorson; brothers: Casey, Chuck, Kenny, Faye, Ted Rainwater; and granddaughter Becky Daniels.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday, September 20, 2024, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to service time at the funeral home."
