Patricia Anne Otey, 88, of Dade City, Florida passed away Monday, June 12th, 2023. She was born January 11, 1935 in Christiansburg, Virginia to William Boyd Otey and Ledah Jane Sellers. Patricia worked as a bookkeeper. She lived in Atlanta, Georgia before moving to Florida. Patricia is survived by her children: James W. Hancock, Susan Sacks of Guffey, CO; daughter-in-law: Jane Hancock of Dade City, FL; Grandchildren; James N. Hancock, Jackson T. Hancock, Jeb Hancock of Dade City, FL, Danielle Dickson of Dahlonega, GA, Debbie Rowe of Dahlonega, GA, Michael Rowe of Panama City, FL, Rachel Bowen of Washington State, Phoebe Sacks, Jesse Sacks of Colorado; Great-grandchildren: Andrew Bowen and Fiona Bowen of Washington State.
