Ollie Chatmon Jr. passed away on Monday, August 25 at Hospice Home in Dade City. On August 12, 1940, Ollie Chatmon Jr. was born to Ollie and Verdia Chatmon in Ft. Pierce, Fl. He was one of five children.He leaves to cherish precious memories his wife Laura Chatmon, daughter Felicia Chatmon, Sherrie Chatmon, and Tiffany Chatmon. His sister, Emma Chatmon Williams, and brother, Robert Chatmon Sr. Grandchildren, Malialani Allen and Terrence Chatmon-Coley and one great-grandson, Joshua Reeder. Mother-in-Law Norma Anderson Sister -in-Laws Jean Farrell and Terry Lake. Brotherin-Laws George Lake, Michael Lake, and Robert Lake. Devoted nephews Lemuel Nate Johnson and Louis Chatmon Sr. along with a host of other nephews, nieces, and sorrowing friends. Ollie Chatmon, Jr. was a devoted husband, father and friend. He has inspired the lives of many through his kind and loving acts to his family and community. His service will be held on Saturday, September 6th at 1pm at First Baptist Church of West Tampa on 1302 North Willow Ave., Tampa, FL 33607.
