GIELLA, Olivia 82 of Dade City died, Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Mrs. Giella was born in Elba, Alabama to Franklin & Ouida (Wise) Brooks. She moved to the Dade City area in 1951 and along with her husband Sam they owned and operated the Rainbow Inn Restaurant for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents; several siblings; husband Saverio Sam in 2012, and Son Michael in 2014. She is survived by daughter Diana (Jim) Greif of Dade City, sons Thomas (Lori) Giella of Lakeland and Louis (Lenore) Giella of Dade City, Siblings Mildred Richardson of Panama City, FL, Mavis Ebney of Columbus, GA, Margaret Stevens of Dade City, FL, Alvin Brooks of Plant City, FL and Faye Clegg of Albany, GA; 5 grandchildren Shawn Giella, Amanda Lagunes, Justin Giella, Dylan Giella, Travis Giella and 5 Great, Grandchildren. Her family will receive friends from 2:30 pm until service time at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Giella will be laid to rest beside her husband at Chapel Hill Gardens. Visitation
