SCIALDONE, Norma 95 of Zephyrhills passed away on Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 in Zephyrhills, FL. Norma was born in Whiteville, NC to Elwood & Georgia Barden Porter. She moved to this area in 1985 from Brookline, MA. Norma enjoyed playing bingo, was a member of the Catholic Daughters, St. Josephs Catholic Church and the Zephyrhills Elks Lodge. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters Lucy Porter, Manly Porter, Gordon Porter, and Samuel Porter. She is survived by her loving family; daughter Jane MacQueen, Grandchildren Robert, Susan (Terry), Great grandchildren Merissa, Cayleigh, Kenneth, Felicia and Laura, four Great, Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, today (10/17/2013) from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at Hodges Family Funeral Homes 36327 Hwy 54 Zephyrhills followed by a Mass of Christian Burial being said at St. Josephs Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Norma will be laid to rest with her husband, Anthony in the Serenity Mausoleum at Chapel Hill Gardens. Flowers will be graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Wounded Worrier Project P.
