Flattley, Neil W., 73, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away on March 5, 2014 at his home. He was born April 9, 1940 in Detroit, MI. He was a devoted father and grandfather. Survivors include his former wife, Sue Ann; sons, Wayne and George; daughter, Adell; grandsons, James and John; granddaughters, Gabrielle and Whitney; brother, David; sisters, Rita, Alexa, Sharon, Helen, and Carol. A memorial service will be held on June 15, 2014 at 12pm, Hodges Family Funeral Home, Hwy 301, Dade City, FL. Inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Gardens.
