Nancy L. Schofield, age 84, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, in Dade City.

Nancy was born on February 26, 1940, in Paris, Kentucky, to her loving parents, Gobel and Millie Guy. She was one of ten siblings, growing up in a lively household with four brothers and six sisters.

Nancy went on to build a life full of love and dedication. She married Eddie Schofield, and together they shared 30 beautiful years. Nancy worked as a housekeeper and lived in both Kentucky and Florida during her lifetime.

She found joy in fishing, camping, collecting angels and dolls, and cherished the simple pleasures in life. Nancy will be remembered for her warm personality, sense of humor, and love for family.

Nancy was a devoted mother to her daughters Patricia Gavin, Joyce Brown, and Kathleen Walton, and was blessed with 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Ronnie Walton.

She was also predeceased by her siblings Panzie, Ollie, Hattie, Jane, Leona, James, Christine, and Wilburn. She is survived by her siblings John (J.W.) and her twin brother, Arthur. Her beloved pets, Star and Sky, along with Cooper and Bo, held a special place in her heart throughout the years.

Nancy will be buried next to her husband Eddie on 1-28-2025, Visitation will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home (Dade City) on 1-28-2025, at 11:30AM, with a service to start at 12:30PM
