Duke, Nancy Ellen, 62, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away on December 21, 2013. She is survived by her husband, of 42 years, John H. Duke; daughter, Deanette Helms; brother, Russell Thomas Horn; and grandchild, John Helms. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013, following the 6:30pm church service, at New Walk Church, Zephyrhills, FL.
