April 8, 1945 – September 3, 2022
Myron "Bebop" Koppelberger 77, of Zephyrhills Fl. Was born in Port Huron Michigan and passed away Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 peacefully at home from Parkinson's. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Survivors include; wife of 52 years Carolyn Koppelberger, son; Daniel Koppelberger, daughters; Michella Weisenstein, and Julie Vandemheen, and sister; "Boots" Mary Kay Stager, He was a grandfather to five and a great grandfather to two.
He served in the US Navy on the USS Lexington. He worked many construction jobs across the United States with International Chimney, and before retiring he was the owner of Lamplighter Furniture.
He was a very active man, always working on a project or helping someone else with theirs. Up north in his younger years, he loved to hunt and ride motocross motorcycles. When he moved to Florida he loved to work in the yard and spend time with the numerous friends and family who came to visit.
You could always count on Bebop for help, a great story, quick wit, and a charming personality! His love and passion for his family were paramount in his life and a driving force behind everything he did.
Funeral services will be at a later date at Florida National Cemetery.
