Rinehart, Monnie F., 83 of Dade City, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. She was born February 15, 1930 in Cedar Hill, OH to James L. & Delila Skaggs Certain. She is survived by her son: William R. Barker Sr; 2 sisters: Velma Wilkins and Janie Hinton; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for viewing 2 hours prior to service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dade City Cemetery.
