Monna Marie (Eldredge) Aaron, 83, of The Villages, went from being a fulltime angel on earth to a fulltime angel in heaven on Friday, March 29, 2019. The only daughter of Ray Chester and Ethel Catherine (Drake) Eldredge, Monna was born in West Terre Haute, Indiana on June 19, 1935.
On April 16, 1954 she was married to William Gary (Bill) Aaron at the Bethesda Methodist Church and renewed their vows there 25 years later. Monna loved to cook and share it with those who came through her doors. She enjoyed going to the movies, reading, theatrical plays, aqua sizing and playing cards with her friends. She had an uplifting spirit and brought joy to all in her presence.
Monna was preceded in death by her husband Bill, sons Gary and Robbie and brothers Bob and Russ Eldredge.
She is survived by her children Tom Eldredge, Margo Scranton, T. J. Aaron, Thea Parrish, Michael Aaron, Danna Scranton and Jason Aaron, brother Larry Eldredge, over 50 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and hundreds of adopted family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 5:00 p.m. on April 6th, 2019 at Lake Miona Recreation Center, 1526 Buena Vista Blvd., Villages, FL 32162, (352) 430-2950.
