Kathleen "Miss Kitty" Stanfield, 87, of Dade City, Florida passed away October 8, 2012 surrounded by family and friends. Kathleen was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 6, 1925. Kathleen moved to Florida at a very early age. She was a member of ASID and the Florida Cattlemen's Association. She was an interior designer and owned Stanfield Interiors for over 30 years. Kathleen was a true 'rancher' at heart. She enjoyed caring for her livestock and maintaining her ranch. Kathleen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was truly loved and will be missed by all forever. She is predeceased by her husband, Dr. W.E. Stanfield. Survived by a son and a daughter: Patrick Stanfield and Stephanie S. Graves, grandchildren: Dawn Marler, Christopher Arnold, Shane Stanfield, Kit Waller and 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on October 17th from 10 - 11am with the service at 11 am at Hodges Family Funeral Home.
