Milka Lilova, age 67, passed away on January 13th surrounded by family . She was born on 03/11/1949 in Dupnitsa -a quaint city in Bulgaria a few miles from Sofia, where she lived and worked. Married to Fidan Lilov (deceased).

Her passion were cooking and traveling. And all her life she did what she loved. Most of her life she worked in the tourist industry visiting Europe, North and South America. In 1999 she came to the US for the birth of her first grandchild and stayed raising her 3 grandsons . They were her pride and joy and she loved spending time with them. Milka enjoyed cooking in the restaurants she owned from Italian and Latin American to Bulgarian and Chinese cuisine there was nothing she did not want to try and master. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all and specially by: Son Ivan Lilov, wife Sheila and two sons Alex and Michael; Daughter Tatyana Midili , husband Patrick and son Paull; Brother Petar Angarev; numerous nieces , nephews , family and friends Rest in peace Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. We love you. The funeral service for Mrs. Milka Lilova will be held on Sunday, January 22nd at 2:00pm, at Hodges Family Funeral Home's 301 chapel in Dade City . Father Atanas of St George Bulgarian Orthodox Church will be performing the ceremony . Committal and interment will follow at Saint Anthony Cemetery in San Antonio. Funeral Service
