Mrs. Mildred Joyce Herbert Grandma age 81 of Dade City Florida passed away January 2nd 2015. Mrs. Herbert is survived by two children Janice & Alex Agner of Dade City, Florida one son Terry Smith of Chiefland, Florida four grandchildren Nikki & Jeremy Sanderson, Lisa & Brian Turner, Janice Smith and Joshua & Brittany Shellhouse six great-grandchildren also survive. The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Park for their heart felt compassion during the care of their mother. At her request Mrs. Herbert will be cremated and no services are being planned. Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
