Williams, Michael Glenn, age 62, of Zephyrhills, passed away at his home on May 10th, 2021. He was born on November 5th, 1958, in Gulfport, MS to parents James Clifton Williams & Virginia Lee (Gibson) West.

Mike was raised in a military family, living in multiple places such as Puerto Rico, England, California, Kentucky, Florida, Kansas and finally back to Florida. He attended school in England and the United States. Mike was an avid reader, enjoying the classics, history, current events, and Stephen King. Mike also enjoyed listening to classical rock. His favorite artists included Heart, Def Leppard, Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, Harry Chaplin, Van Halen, Foreigner, and The Eagles.

Mike was a jack of all trades and loved working with his hands. Doing everything from fixing cars, towing, stripping/waxing commercial floors and everything in between. Mike finished his career in a leadership position as the Midwest Regional Director of Flooring.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Lee (Gibson) West; father, James Clifton Williams; daughter, Christina Lee (Williams) Godwin (Richard).Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Margie Louise Williams; daughter, Kimberly Lynn (Williams) Nugent (James); two sons: Ryan M. Williams and Michael R. Williams (Jaclyn); sister, Susan (Sanders) Metzner; niece, Lauren (Baker) Willard; nephew, David Baker; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 2-3pm on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Hodges Family Funeral Home 54 Chapel in Zephyrhills, FL. A service will begin at 3pm, followed by a reception.
