Michael Patrick Shaughnessy 86, of Dade City, FL passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Zephyrhills. He was born October 6, 1931 in Point Pleasant, NJ and moved here 12 years ago. He worked in the Building Materials Industry and was a US Air Force Veteran. Michael is survived by his wife of 15 years: Mary Ann Shaughnessy; 3 children: Maryann Cohea, Michael Shaughnessy II, Sara Sturgess; 2 step-sons: Harold Hrasna, Robert Hrasna; brother: Francis Shaughnessy; 4 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Patricia Shaughnessy and a step-daughter: Nancy Foerster. Memorial Services will be held 2pm Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. Military honors will take place at Florida National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to HPH Hospice. Memorial Service
