Michael James Roan age 72, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2022. Mike was born in Albion, Michigan to the late William Henry Roan and Pauline Chamberlain Roan. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Eileen (Hicks) Roan. He is also survived by his children David (Tina) Roan and Darci (Jeremy) Benchley, and his grandchildren Connor Roan, Desiree (Earl) Seams, Jared Johnson, Xander and Lillian Benchley and 5 great grandchildren, two sisters, Brenda Roan and Teresa (Mark) Larder.

He graduated from Homer Michigan and was a resident of Montpelier Ohio, Gladwin Michigan, Pinckney Michigan, Houghton Lake Michigan, and finally Zephyrhills Florida. Mike worked for Simpson Industries for 30+ years starting as a machine operator and ended his career there as a plant manager. He was an avid golfer, and he spent many hours on Houghton Lake boating and fishing with his family.

There will be a visitation at First Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills Florida at 9:30am, with a service following at 11:00 on Thursday, the 21st of April 2022. There will be a light luncheon provided after the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a charitable gift to the Alzheimers Association.
