Michael D. Krupa 61 died Monday, Nov 17, 2014 at HPH Hospice. Michael was born in Cincinnati, OH to Stephen & Agnes Mravec Krupa. He was a graduate of Niles College of Loyola University, Chicago, IL and was a civilian employee in logistics with the Department of the Air Force, having been stationed in Dayton, OH, Battle Creek, MI, and Washington DC. Michael had a great love for his church, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Dade City, where he was an active member serving in the choir, the hand bell choir and was the lead team member for the property team he was also a member of the Pasco County Thrivent Board. He enjoyed participating in the Wesley Chapel Wind Ensemble and he is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Jeffrey) Zalner of Battle Creek, MI; brothers, Stephen (Colleen) Krupa of Wyomissing, PA, John (Cheryl) Krupa Des Plaines, IL and Thomas Peoria, IL; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday (Nov. 23rd) at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church from 4:00 pm until service time, 6:00 pm also at the church. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the church in memory of Michael.
