HOWELL, Melvin T. 67 of Dade City, FL died on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017 at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. Melvin was born in Liberty, KY to Melvin & Gladys (Hall) Howell; he has been a resident of this area for the last 30 years, moving here from Batavia, OH. Melvin is survived by his wife of 27 years Julie of Dade City, FL, his children Troy, Michelle, Melanie, Melody, Dede, grandchildren, several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his lovable fur babies Chilli Bear and Jazzybell
