Carter, Maxwell "Sean", 33, passed away on November 23, 2021. He was born in Oceanside, California to the late Joseph Carter and Cynthia (Eggers) Weaver. Sean is survived by his mother Cindy and stepfather Robert Weaver, sisters; Alyssa Carter, and Ashley Weaver, brother Marcus Carter, Nana Virginia Thomas, and various Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and close friends. Sean was preceded in death by his father Joseph Carter. Sean loved art and gaming, his favorite being board games, video games, and strategy games. A Viewing will take place before cremation on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 5-7pm at Hodges Funeral Home, Zephyrhills.
